Weigh in Week 1!


Week one

  • Weight 211.8                           
  • Body fat% 10.3    

Week two


  • Weight 209.6
  • Body fat% 9.4
Down 2.2 lbs and .9% body fat.  I'm pleased!  I feel like my nutrition is pretty on target.  Next week we'll see if the exercise needs to be tweaked.
